 Complete an Environmental scan to determine which primary care and behavioral health services and resources are currently integrated within health systems, FQHC’s, and primary/internal medicine practice and rate level of integration using SAMHSA Standard Framework by December 2016.

 Identify evidence based screening, brief intervention, and referral system (SBIRT) to recommend to integrated care practices by March 2017.

 Develop and implement technical support and training for Integrated Care Clinics/Systems on implementing screening and referral SBIRT protocols by January 2018

 Set a goal for the penetration of integrated Behavioral health and pharmacy services into the primary care/internal medicine patient population (by 2019) in order to achieve the objective)
