Ensure all citizens have knowledge of and access to a fully integrated system of sufficient behavioral health and primary care services and resources. Provide Douglas County residents with access to an integrated behavioral health and primary care services; enhance efforts to develop a resilient behavioral health workforce; reduce substance use and related harms, and increase community capacity to respond to someone at risk for suicide.

OBJECTIVE 4.1: By 12/31/2019, support and enhance efforts to develop resiliency in the Douglas County behavioral health workforce measured by retention.
OBJECTIVE 4.2: By 12/31/2019, establish a collection of substance use-related data specific to Douglas County for the purpose of allowing stakeholders to identify priority areas and inform collective, evidence-based action plans to reduce substance use and the related harms.
OBJECTIVE 4.3: By 12/31/2019, provide Douglas County residents with access to integrated healthcare services (primary care, behavioral health, and pharmacy) through the health systems adoption of the SAMHSA Standard Framework for Level of Integrated Healthcare.
OBJECTIVE 4.4: By 12/31/2019, provide evidence based training to reach at least 75 community based groups to increase community capacity to identify and respond to someone at risk for suicide. |
